in conjunction with the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin and Illinois and the American Liver Foundation Wisconsin and Illinois are proud to present an education event known as " Living Well" transplant recipient education series.

This Series of informative talks is open to all recipients, family, friends and anyone who has an interest in attending. The talks are free but you must register prior to attending.
