Fundraising T-shirt Sale to benefit Team Wisconsin

Transplant Wisconsin Inc proudly supports the efforts of our Transplant Recipients who will be competing this summer at the U.S. Transplant Games in Pittsburgh. The Games are a national event drawing recipient athletes throughout the U.S. for a 5 day  event. ( to learn more about the games: http://www.kidney.org/transplantation/athletics/index.cfm)

 Athletes must pay all of their costs associated with the Games including lodging, transportation, entrance fees and equipment. In order to help support our statewide team known as Team Wisconsin, we are selling t-shirts. These shirts were designed by an artist and transplant recipient -Judith Pulaski. The procedes from shirt sales will help support Team Wisconsin in buying uniforms for the recipient athletes.

  T-shirts are made of heavyweight cotton (Hanes Beefy-T's) and come in sizes small - XXL. T-shirts are priced at $15/each.  They can be purchased directly at the University of Wisconsin transplant clinc in Madison, WI

 or

  They can ordered through the TWI website on the home page www.transplantwisconsin.org  and click on the contact us tab on the top. Fill in your contact info, shirt size and quantity. Hit the submit key.

  Next, go to the donate tab on the upper left hand side. This will link you to Paypal.  Please submit $21 ($15 plus $6 for shipping and handling) for each t-shirt. Shirts will be mailed to you via Priority mail after payment has been confirmed.
